PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Trying to meet the deadline of March 2016, Putnam County officials are considering temporary union workers to complete the renovations left on the Tilly Foster Farm campus, reported theexaminernews.com.

Officials will utilize the $1 million bond approved by the county legislature to pay the workers and don't expect to spend more than $75,000, according to theexaminernews.com.

The workers will only be required to perform specific tasks to ensure that the project remains cost effective, but gets the building of the facility is completed before the cold weather arrives, reported theexaminernews.com.
