Last night: Mayor Richard Moccia reports that 4,000 people Norwalk lost power, with Silvermine and West Norwalk also reporting outages. The winds are expected to die down tonight. Power will be restored starting Sunday. DPW crews are already out clearing the roads of felled trees and shutting down power in areas where live wires are down.
