NORWALK, Conn. A Norwalk man was arrested at Norwalk Superior Court Thursday after a court worker saw him hit a woman across the street, Sgt. Lisa Cotto said.
Kashif Bullock, 21, of 25 Chapel St., was arrested in January after he was accused of threatening to kill a teenager. He was at the courthouse Thursday for an appearance and went to get food at the McDonald's across the street, Cotto said. An intake worker from the courthouse saw him hit a woman there and reported the incident.
Bullock knew the woman, and a protective order had been issued about a month ago to keep him away from her, Cotto said. He was charged with breach of peace second degree and criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was $5,000.
Bullock was charged with breach of peace and threatening in the January incident. Bond was set at $50,000. Bullock was arrested April 30, 2009, and served a year in jail for shooting at a group of young people from another housing complex, according to The Hour.
