NORWALK, Conn. – Norwalk will hold a vigil Sunday afternoon for the victims of the shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown.

The event, open to the public, will be held at 3 p.m. in the Community Room at City Hall, 125 East Ave.

Vigils have been held in Newtown, Stratford – where slain teacher Victoria Soto grew up – and Norwalk since the Friday morning tragedy. President Barack Obama will meet with the victims' families Sunday evening in Newtown.
