Due to this month's back-to-back winter storms, Norwalk's Yard Waste Site, located at 15 S. Smith St., will be open on Saturday March 10.
Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
The Yard Waste Site also will be open until 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 8 and from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, March 9.
(The debris weight scale closes for lunch from about noon to 12:30 p.m.)
The site is technically for Norwalk residents, but other area residents can bring debris there and pay a carting fee based on weight.
The Yard Waste Site also will be open Monday, March 12 through Friday, March 16, from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
