NORWALK, Conn. — The Norwalk Public Library on Belden Avenue made an emergency closing Thursday morning and will remain closed until further notice due to flooding from a burst pipe.
The library made the announcement via its website and social media. It was not known when the main branch of the library would reopen.
The South Norwalk Branch of the library system is open on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. It is located at 10 Washington St. Call 203-899-2790 for the South Norwalk Branch.
