NORWALK, Conn. - A jewelry case at a South Norwalk shop was smashed Monday afternoon and "several items" were taken, Police Chief Harry Rilling said.
The incident occurred at SoNo Silver Company at 52 N. Main St. around 1 p.m., Rilling said. A short time later, a person of interest was detained on Connecticut Avenue in connection with incident, Rilling said.
