Norwalk Recreation, Slammer Tennis World Plan Lessons

NORWALK, Conn. -- In collaboration with Norwalk Recreation and Parks, Slammer Tennis World will conduct tennis lessons for beginner and intermediate players beginning in May.

Pee Wee, Junior and Adult lessons will be taught at various locations in Norwalk. Sessions run for three weeks, with two classes per week. All students must bring a tennis racquet and sneakers to the lessons.

The youth program for Pee Wee (ages 5-8) and Junior (9-16) players will be held at Norwalk High School. Pee Wee classes are 30 minutes. Junior classes are 45 minutes. Pee Wee and Junior classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday.

Adult classes will be conducted at Mathews Park and will meet for one hour. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursday. The registration fee is non-refundable.
