SoNo Branch Library Offering Tech Assistance To Norwalk Community

NORWALK, Conn. -- The SoNo Branch Library is offering patrons the chance for individual assistance with technology-related needs.

The facility’s “Book a Librarian” program begins on Wednesday, Jan. 6, and will run weekly throughout the month.

During the sessions, librarians will be available for 45 minutes of one-on-one assistance with e-books, e-mail, smart phones, iPads, laptops, Internet, Google searches or Microsoft Word.

Available time slots include 9:30 to 10:15 a.m., 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 12:15p.m.

The service is free and open to the Norwalk community.

Registration is required. Those interested can stop by the adult reference desk or call 203-899-2790, ext. 15902 to make an appointment.

The library is located at 10 Washington St.
