NORWALK, Conn. -- Come celebrate the winter solstice by helping to decorate the children's room of the Norwalk Public Library, 1 Belden Ave.

The event is from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Sunday; all ages are invited.

There will be books and winter crafts, and participants can make decorations to take home as well. Drop in anytime during the afternoon; registration is not required.
