NORWALK, Conn. -- Mayor Harry Rilling will host a forum on preventing scams on Saturday, April 2, at 10 a.m. in the community room at City Hall.
The event will feature Consumer Protection Commissioner Jonathan A. Harris, who will talk with area residents about preventing fraud, and address any consumer issues they may have.
Representatives of Direct Energy Solar will also be on hand, encouraging Norwalk property owners to consider using solar power.
In addition, New England Smart Energy Group will be at the event to offer free LED light bulbs to the first 100 participants.
