The show will be from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Concert Hall at City Hall in Norwalk.
The group will be assisted by a New York all-star big band in honor of Armed Forces Day.
This celebration of the original American musical landscape will feature spirituals by William Dawson and Jester Hairston, folk songs by Aaron Copland and Alice Parker and contemporary works by Lee Hoiby, Randall Thompson and Eric Whitacre.
