NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk Public Library is hosting a five-week program on living a healthier 2016.
Presented by Norwalk Public Library and the Norwalk Health Department, "Healthy Resolutions" focuses on a different healthy resolution and skills each week.
The next meeting and takes place Jan. 13 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and will focus on asking for help, reducing stress and learning sugar shockers.
"Healthy Resolutions" began on Jan. 6.
