An off-the-road crash of a commercial truck caused heavy delays on a stretch of I-84 early Sunday evening, Oct. 20.
The crash happened westbound east of Exit 61 (Route 311) in Putnam.
Recovery was expected to take up to five hours, state police said.
"Expect heavy delays," state police said. "Avoid the area if possible."
