31 Displaced In Three-Alarm Bridgeport Fire A total of 31 people were displaced after a three-alarm fire broke out at a three-story housing structure in Bridgeport early Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 13. At 1:24 p.m. fire units responded to a structure fire at 135-141 Madison Avenue. The initial fire to the structure subsequently became a three-alarm fire that affected the adjacent structure which also had to be evacuated, Bridgeport authorities said.
