Newtown Schools Operate On Delayed Opening On Friday

NEWTOWN, Conn. — Schools in Newtown will operate on a delayed opening Friday.

The town is continuing to clean up after a powerful rainstorm Thursday. 

As of 6 a.m., aa total of 401 customers, or 4 percent of the town, were without power from the storm, Eversource said.
