Police: Two Men With Handguns Rob Newtown Gas Station

NEWTOWN, Conn. — Two men armed with handguns robbed a Newtown gas station late Friday night, police said. 

The Citgo station at 151 S. Main St. in Newtown was hit by armed robbers, police said.

The robbery at the Citgo at 151 S. Main St./Route 25 was reported at about 10:30 p.m. Friday, police said. 

Two male suspects, each armed with a gun, stole cash from the register, police said. No injuries were reported, police said.
