NEWTOWN, Conn. -- The Newtown Police Department is seeking information on a suspect connected to five residential burglaries that all occurred in Sandy Hook, police said.

All the burglaries showed signs of forced entry, police said.

A video surveillance system captured images of a bald white male wearing a white baseball cap with blue on the edge of its brim, a white, blue and gray horizontal striped shirt and khaki shorts, police said.

The suspect might be driving a black pickup truck and frequent the Waterbury area, police said.
