Driver Loses Control, Striking Curb, Pole In Trumbull

A utility pole and lawn received damage after a driver lost control of the vehicle.

The incident took place around 9:50 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 11, on Madison Avenue in Trumbull, said Trumbull Police Lt. Brian Weir.

According to Weir, a vehicle was traveling north on Madison Avenue when the vehicle struck the curb on the right side of the road, then swerved across Madison Avenue where it struck a utility pole. 

There was pole and lawn damage sustained, he said.

No injuries were reported and medical attention was refused.
