The eatery, which is open for breakfast and lunch and is all about comfort food, opened Dec. 2, 2015. The family has been in the restaurant business for 10 years and knew the landlord so when the space became available, they jumped. "There's a lot of foot traffic and its a well-known plaza," said Kantzas.

Among the most popular dishes: the eggs Benedict and omelettes. Kantzas said everything is made with fresh ingredients." French toast, burgers, sandwiches, soups and wraps are also on the menu.

The decor helps add to its popularity. Said Kantzas: "Our customers love the warm, cozy feeling. Women like the decor; men like the counter."
