NEWTOWN, Conn. -- University of Connecticut law professor Kent Newmyer will discuss the mystery of Aaron Burr Nov. 9 at C.H. Booth Library.
The third vice president of the United States, Burr infamously killed rival Alexander Hamilton in a duel.
Newmyer will explore Burr's life, his enmity toward Hamilton and whether he was a patriot or traitor.
The presentation begins at 7:30 p.m.
