BETHEL, Conn. -- Some entrepreneurial individuals have proposed opening a pub in the former Bethel train station, reported The News-Times.
There is a committee reviewing proposals for the location the town owns recommending the Board of Selectman begin to negotiate a lease, said The News-Times.
The brew pub was picked over other ideas, including a church, bike shop, performing arts center, and proposals from businesses seeking to move, said the report.
