NEW CANAAN, Conn. The New Canaan High School girls track team defeated Stamford and Fairfield Ludlowe in a meet Monday. The Rams topped Stamford, 108-36, and Ludlowe, 88-63.
Maureen Schott won the 400 and took second in the 100, 200 and triple jump for the Rams. Isabelle Herde won the shot put and javelin. Other Rams who won individual races included Stephanie Benko (1,600), Emily Wood (800), Alexis Najarian (high jump), Beth Kelly (pole vault) and Molly Joyce (discus).
