NEW CANAAN, Conn. The New Canaan Public Schools are on a 90-minute delay Wednesday morning.
After Tuesday night's heavy rain and wind, a total of 495 customers, or 5 percent of the town, were without power at 6:45 a.m., Connecticut Light & Power reported.
