When Palmer arrived at her destination on Stillwater Avenue, awaiting officers boxed in her car and moved to remove her from her vehicle.

After asking her to open her door numerous times, police broke the window, unlocked the door and removed her from the vehicle, he added.

Once outside, officers reached in her mouth and removed one bag that contained 44 baggies of crack cocaine, Conklin said. They believe she may have swallowed the other bag, but are not sure.
