NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- New Canaan Police charged a 14-year-old Stamford girl after she hit another vehicle with her grandfather's car and drove away on Tuesday, March 18, according to the New Canaan News.
The suspect rear-ended a Toyota Camry stopped at a traffic light then sped off onto the Merritt Parkway. The victim followed the suspect and was able to get the license plate number of the vehicle, the New Canaan News reported.
She was issued a juvenile summons and will appear in juvenile court in Stamford.
