NEW CANAAN, Conn. — An 18-year-old man who was caught smoking pot in a car with no license plates in front of his New Canaan home was issued an infraction, police said.
At 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, officers responded to a complaint on Harrison Avenue, police said.
An officer who spoke with the teen noticed the odor of marijuana and saw a bong on the passenger side floor, police said.
The man was issued an infraction on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
