NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- A Hartford woman has been arrested in connection with a rash of car break-ins in New Canaan over the summer, according to a report in ncadvertiser.com.
Dana Vincent has been charged with two counts of third-degree attempt to commit identity theft, two counts of third-degree identity theft and illegal use of a credit card, ncadvertiser.com reported.
Police said a video camera caught Vincent using a credit card that came from a car break-in at a Target store, according to ncadvertiser.com.
