NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- New Canaan police were investigating the theft of a leaf blower from a Stamford landscaping crew recently, according to Patch.com. 

The leaf blower was left in the front yard of a home on Middle Ridge Road in New Canaan and was taken when crews were in the backyard, police said. The leaf blower is valued at about $500, Patch.com reported.
