New Canaan Y Hosts Halloween Party, Fall Frolic

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- The New Canaan YMCA will host a family friendly Halloween Party and Fall Frolic on Sunday, Oct. 27, from 2 to 4 p.m.

Activities at the party will include a photo booth and Halloween-themed games for children of all ages.

The New Canaan High School basketball team will also be on hand as part of the "Halloween Hooptacula," which will teach kids in grades kindergarten through second grade new basketball skills through Halloween-themed activities.

The Pumpkin Rodeo will provide all the fun of riding a mechanical bull, but on a giant pumpkin.

Other activities will include a a Jack-o-Lantern contest and a family-oriented contest to see who can make the spookiest ghost.

The New Canaan Y is located at 564 South Ave.
