The organization honored seven volunteers from across the state with the prestigious Girl Scouts of USA Volunteer of Excellence Award:
- Barbara Koteen from the Norwalk service unit;
- Carol Ploch-Maiolo from the Ridgefield service unit;
- Morgan Tensen from the New Canaan service unit;
- Deanne Fagan from the Wolf Den service unit;
- Catherine Fedorchek from the Newtown service unit;
- Kerilynn Lewis from the Nipmuc service unit; and
- Barbara Sizer from the Haddam/Killingworth service unit.
