To the Editor:
On behalf of the Kiwanis Club of New Canaan, we’d like to thank the community for another wonderful St. Patrick’s Day Dinner, held Sunday evening, March 17, 2013. Proceeds from this year’s fundraising event went towards the YG’s Mission Trip Scholarship Fund.
Special thanks go out to St. Aloysius, which allowed us to hold our event at their school’s dining hall and was instrumental in promoting our event, and to the wonderful dancers of Pender-Keady Irish Dance and the Anam Cara Irish Dancers for providing the entertainment.
Thank you to our sponsors, which include Fitness Together, Hoyt Funeral Home, Harrigan’s Insurance and Nurenu Brand Marketing, as well as the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce and Baskin Robbins.
And a special thank you to all who came out in support of this event, especially other Kiwanis Club members, and the Staying Put organization, along with all our wonderful volunteers from Kiwanis and YG.
