NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Waveny LifeCare Network’s Adult Day Program enjoyed a fun-filled Caribbean-themed summer day that celebrated the sand and surf of the islands.
Day Program participants dove into the day with ‘beachy’ news, celebrated the life and work of Harry Belafonte, and relaxed with some spa time by the Cabana after lunch. Later, they enjoyed tropical refreshments and a very special live Caribbean Steel Drum performance, featuring upbeat Calypso and Reggae music and a Conga Line.
