NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Waveny LifeCare Network’s Adult Day Program in New Canaan recently celebrated Oktoberfest.

Participants learned about the history of beer and steins, enjoyed live accordion music and sampled an array of tasty German food. Staff and friends dressed in traditional German dirndl and lederhosen to celebrate the occasion and spread cheer with song, polka and dancing.
