Ron White: A Little Unprofessional: 8 p.m. Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White will bring his latest stand-up act to the Palace Theatre, 61 Atlantic St., Stamford. Tickets can be purchased online and range from $47 to $186.

Saturday, March 16

Green Fur Kidz: Noon to 3 p.m. A nonprofit shelter dog organization will visit Village Critter Outfitter, 107 Cherry St., New Canaan, to teach people about rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing dogs.

Bill Cosby: 8 p.m. The legendary comedian will be at the Palace Theatre, 61 Atlantic St., Stamford, sharing his stand-up act. Tickets can be purchased online and prices range from $50 to $75.

Sunday, March 17

High School Planning For College and Beyond: 3:30 p.m. Teens can learn how to plan their high school class schedules, extra-curricular and summer activities, and more to be better prepared for college at the New Canaan Library, 151 Main St.
