He'll talk about beer in Connecticut from its Colonial roots to breaking news about the ongoing brewery explosion in the state.

His presentation will be followed by a tasting from Charter Oak Brewing Co., a brewery based in New Canaan.

Charter Oak will bring all of its styles, including limited releases and pour samples, and talk about its locally brewed beers. Toast to Oktoberfest with a locally brewed craft beer in hand.
