Such is the motto of Pokéworks, a Hawaiian seafood restaurant that has plans to expand to Fairfield County in 2018.

Locations are set for Wilton and Greenwich.

According to a spokesman, the company has more than 80-plus locations in the works, many of which are on the East Coast.

The Wilton store, the first poke eatery in the area (there are three in NYC), will be located in the Gateway Plaza, and is expected to open in summer 2018.

No details on Greenwich other than that they will definitely be there in the new year.

The fast-casual restaurant chain, founded in 2015, is all about healthy food "served in a convenient and responsible way" says its website. Menu items include lots of poké (bite-size pieces of raw fish) in build-your-own-bowls, burritos, salads and wraps.
