According to its website, Blue Cactus Grill is a family-owned establishment offering mouthwatering American favorites with a Southwestern twist.
Blue Cactus' extensive menu features freshly cut cheesesteaks, award-winning burgers, creative sandwiches and wraps, homemade soups and chilis, flavorful salads, hand-cut fries, and homemade potato chips, all prepared with love and care, per its website.
One Readers' Choice voter raved about the Super Mario in particular. It is a grilled chicken, avocado, potato, corn, cheddar/jack, roasted red peppers, charred Jalapenos, grilled onions, and ranch sandwich wrap.
