Greenwich Man, 20, Passed Out In Car Charged With DUI A 20-year-old Fairfield County man was charged with DUI after he was allegedly found passed out behind the wheel of his car in a no-parking zone.  Daniel Estrella-Ortiz, of Greenwich, was charged on Sunday, Nov. 11 after police found him passed out behind the wheel of his running car in a no-parking zone on Bruce Park Ave. According to Lt. Woman Struck By Several Vehicles While Crossing Busy CT Roadway, Police Say A 43-year-old Connecticut woman was killed after she was struck by multiple vehicles while crossing a busy roadway. The incident took place in New Haven County in Orange around 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14 on Boston Post Road in front of McDonald's. Responding officers found the victim lying in the roadway with multiple traumatic injuries, said Assistant Chief Max Martins of the Orange Police Department.
