New Haven County resident Allen Bell, age 35, of Waterbury, was arrested in Waterbury on Friday, April 19. According to Lt. Ryan Bessette of the Waterbury Police, officers responded to a home on East Main Street around 5 a.m. on a report of a domestic dispute.
