The Glastonbury Bin228 Gastropub has closed temporarily after one of its employees contracted COVID-19.
The owner, Alicia Roncari said on Tuesday, July 28, that employees have been updated about the situation and are urged them to get tested.
The Glastonbury restaurant will be closed for the next 10 days, Roncari said. Closing is not a requirement. Meanwhile, the Italian restaurant’s Hartford location will be open.
“We believe this decision will ensure all staff has the opportunity to be tested and to review their testing results,” she said. “Likewise it will allow our team to implement additional safety measures.”
