GREENWICH, CONN. – Thieves made off with four laptop computers from the Apple Store in downtown Greenwich on Monday, Jan. 4, according to a report in the Greenwich Time.
Greenwich police told the Greenwich Time that two suspects disabled the locking mechanisms in the store’s display and walked out with their loot.
The Apple heist is only one of a rash of pricey thefts in the area, the Greenwich Time reported. In November, a herd of furs was lifted from Saks Fifth Avenue, the Greenwich Time said.
