Police investigated a report of a sexual assault which allegedly occurred in march in the Town of Greenwich, according to the Greenwich Police Department.
The investigation developed probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for Fritzner Bernadin of Stamford for second-degree sexual assault, said police.
On Sunday, Aug. 11, Stamford Police arrested Fritzner Bernadin, 57, on ta warrant and transferred custody to Greenwich police officers, according to the Greenwich Police Department.
He was reportedly unable to post a court set bond of $10,000 and held pending arraignment in Stamford Superior Court, said police.
