Single-Vehicle Crash Leads To DUI Charge For Greenwich Woman, 25

A woman from Greenwich is facing DUI charges after police say she was involved in a single-vehicle crash.

Greenwich Police say Kate Yoder, 25, was involved in a single-car crash in the area of 23 Fairfield Road on Tuesday, June 11 around 1 p.m.

Police say they detected an alcoholic odor coming from Yoder and asked her to participate in a series of field sobriety tests, which she did not perform to standard.

Yoder was arrested, processed and charged with DUI and failure to drive in the proper lane. She was released after posting $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Court on Tuesday, June 25.
