60-Year-Old Woman Faces Charge After 'Verbally Berating' Victim In Greenwich, Police Say

A 60-year-old woman was arrested Monday for disorderly conduct after allegedly verbally berating another person.

Valeria Ann Grassi of Greenwich was arrested around 11:51 p.m. Monday when police responded to Quarry Knoll for a report of an altercation, said Greenwich Police Lt. John Slusarz.

When officers arrived, they found that Grassi had verbally berated the victim in a public access area using obscene language, police said.

Grassi was given a misdemeanor summons for disorderly conduct and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 28.
