A prominent Fairfield eye doctor has been charged with four counts of sexual assault and risk of injury to a child, police said.
Ian Gorovoy, 35, of Fairfield, was arrested Saturday, Jan. 11, and charged after he allegedly had unwanted sexual contact with an adult female victim in the presence of a child, said Fairfield Police Capt. Robert Kalamaras.
Gorovoy turned himself in at Fairfield Police Headquarters on Saturday where he was processed and released on a no-contact protective order after posting a $150,000 court set bond, Kalamaras said.
