Dulos has been ordered to appear in court on Tuesday, Jan. 28, when a judge could revoke Dulos’ $6 million bond because there are questions whether the insurance company can adequately cover the bond, said multiple sources.

Dulos has been charged with murder, felony murder and kidnapping in connection with the disappearance of his wife in New Canaan on Friday, May 24.

According to police arrest reports, officials believe that Dulos killed his wife when she returned home from dropping their five children off at school and then disposed of her body.

Dulos has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Last week, a judge ordered Dulos to be on strict home arrest after he stopped and removed after a memorial for Jennifer Dulos that was near his home.

Before that, his bond allowed him to travel to work and back without making stops. State’s Attorney Richard Colangelo reported the stop that was picked up on Dulos' GPS monitor.

Before that, he had been warned to keep his monitor charged when a battery reportedly ran low.

During the court hearing last week, Dulos waived his right to a probable cause hearing so his attorney could ask for a speedy trial.
