  • Asking specific COVID-19 symptom questions/history when you call to make an appointment or when we call you to confirm an appointment, then again upon your arrival.
  • Cleaning exam rooms after every patient to ensure a constant sterile environment.
  • Obtaining as much of your paperwork as possible before your appointment in order to reduce the amount of time you spend in the office.
  • Limiting the number of people in-office by asking you to come alone or with only one family member when necessary.
  • No waiting in the waiting room. We ask that you call us upon arrival and then wait in your vehicles until we call to let you know when your doctor is ready to see you.
  • Taking patient temperatures upon arrival.
  • Staggering appointment times to minimize patients arriving at the same time.

Some helpful reminders for all of us:

  • Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly and always before eating or drinking. Wash for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, and use an alcohol based hand sanitizer to kill germs.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth and face with unwashed hands.
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow or into a tissue. If you use a tissue, dispose of it in the trash immediately.
  • If you have a cold and flu symptoms, or are not feeling well, please stay home.

We are dedicated to providing a safe space for you and your family to receive the finest care and will continue to monitor this developing situation closely and comply with recommendations and instructions from our local and state health departments.
