There was gridlock on a stretch of I-95 after a crash initially blocked two lanes.
The incident, reported around 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, occurred on the southbound side between Route 33 (Exit 17) in Westport and Center Street (Exit 19) in Norwalk.
The lanes reopened just before 5 p.m.
