There was gridlock on a stretch of the Merritt Parkway after a crash that took out the left lane for more than a half hour late Friday afternoon.
The northbound incident occurred between Round Hill Road (Exit 28) in Greenwich and Route 120A (Exit 27).
The lane reopened by 5 p.m.
